The information and services provided by Humble Designs are for general business and creative purposes only. While we strive to deliver high-quality, accurate, and professional design work, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, performance, or results from the use of our designs.

All content, graphics, and materials created are based on client direction and approval. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all final designs comply with applicable laws, trademarks, copyrights, and industry regulations.

Humble Designs is not responsible for any legal issues, losses, or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or reproduction of any design once it has been approved and delivered.

By using our services, you agree that Humble Designs shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

By hiring or working with Humble Designs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Services

Humble Designs provides graphic design services including, but not limited to:

  • Logo design

  • Branding & identity

  • Apparel & merchandise design

  • Website design

  • Marketing materials

All work is customized based on the agreed project scope.

3. Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

  • Payment methods include e-transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed options.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in withheld files or paused work.

4. Revisions & Scope

  • Revisions are included as outlined in your quote.

  • Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

  • Once a concept is approved, significant redesigns may be treated as a new project.

5. Timelines

  • Timelines are estimates and depend on client communication and feedback.

  • Delays caused by lack of response, missing content, or late approvals are not the responsibility of Humble Designs.

  • Rush projects may include additional fees.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon full payment, the final approved design belongs to the client.

  • The client may use the design for personal or commercial purposes.

       Humble Designs retains the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in portfolios, website, and social media

  • Use designs for marketing and promotional purposes

       This does not affect the client’s ownership.

7. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and direction

  • Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or licensed

  • Review all work carefully before final approval

       Humble Designs is not responsible for errors after approval.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled, the deposit will cover time and work completed.

  • No refunds are issued for completed or delivered work.

9. File Delivery

  • Final files are delivered after full payment.

  • Standard formats include PNG, JPG, PDF, and working files depending on scope.

  • Additional file requests may incur fees.

10. Liability

Humble Designs is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the use of final designs. The client is responsible for ensuring proper use and compliance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
